Steve Jobs Glasses

  • Time:Saturday, 12 November 2011 12:25

When Steve Jobs passed away, many asked what are those glasses he wore? They are from Lunor Eyewear and are the Lunor Classic Round. Its a timeless classic that is well made and simple. Steve has been photographed many times over the years in his Lunor frames. We even found a picture of him with them tinted! Whether you loved Apple or loathed them (we happen to love them and use their products every day), everyone can appreciate Steve Jobs contributions to technology and design. We have many of our customers who admire Steve's unique personality and sense of taste.

LaLoop - A great alternative to Eyeglass Chains.

  • Time:Tuesday, 08 November 2011 23:05

LaLoop was invented in 1999 - out of necessity. How many times can one look for ones glasses? And wearing those granny leashes—not an option. Why can’t something be functional and stylish and well made? That was the question and La LOOP is the answer. The magical hinges on either side of the loop enable the glasses to stay in place when in the loop.

ic berlin instruction video

  • Time:Thursday, 03 November 2011 13:01

Here is a fun video of Ralph form ic berlin displaying the strength and flexibility of ic berlin frames.  It also shows how to put the temples back on to the eyewear if they would come off. ic berlin eyewear and sunglasses are made from stainless steel sheet metal and seem to just last forever.  We had a customer buy her ic berlin sunglasses 7 years ago from a shop out of town and wanted to replace her lenses. She had eventually scratched them. No problems getting replacement lenses and the frames were like new! She told us she wears her ic berlin sunglasses every day and can hardly believe what great shape they are in.

A sad day - Steve Jobs passed away

  • Time:Wednesday, 05 October 2011 20:04

Super sad that Steve Jobs passed away today.  Its hard to put into words how someone you never met, could make you miss them just knowing they are gone.  Its a reminder to us all to live life without regrets and know that our health should be cherished along with all the time we do have with our loved ones.  All life is precious and it is terrible when anyone dies.

  • Time:Wednesday, 05 October 2011 00:00

I can barely understand how this frame looks so good on so many different people! All colors and sizes. It just captures a look without being overbearing or too simple. Oliver Peoples really nailed the design with the Daddy B. its just great and perfect for fall and winter.

Take a look at who it looks good on! (Kanye West, Jay Z, Andrew Wintelli, and more!)
